Environmental, Health and Safety Focus
RCI is a safety services provider dedicated to maintaining the safety of our employees and our clients’ employees and contractors at all of our worksites. In addition, we share our clients’ concern for the environment. Whether in the office, the fabrication yard, or at an installation site, RCI’s experienced and highly trained employees are vigilant in all aspects of HSE awareness and safe work practices. Our employees are acutely aware of the sensitive environmental issues inherent in our industry.
Our training curriculum reflects our commitment to safety. RCI’s extensive Health, Safety and Environmental Plan and associated Safety Manual are issued to all of our employees. All RCI personnel are required to participate in our ongoing, comprehensive, Web-based safety training program. Employee training and progress is monitored by the management staff and tied to performance evaluations. RCI engineers and inspectors working in marine environments attend hands-on classes such as H2S or water survival training, as needed.

RCI maintains an ISNetworld account and as such is graded against its active clients’ requirements who use this service. This provides assurance to the industry that RCI is a safe and reliable company. RCI is continually evolving to meet ever changing client corporate and industry regulatory requirements to deliver our projects safely and successfully.
Safe TO Work (STOW)
Safe TO Work (STOW) is a certification program for contractors’ HSE management systems in Trinidad. RCI Consultants Trinidad LTD maintains the highest level of STOW certification, “high risk”, to ensure we are able to safely work in all environments, and within all work scopes, in order to meet our Trinidadian client’s needs.
Avetta
RCI maintains an Avetta account, which helps clients and suppliers vet risk for companies.
Veriforce
RCI is a Veriforce Contractor; Veriforce is a contractor safety and supplier management services software solution that enables companies to hire and manage safe and certified contractors, and safeguard their supply chain.
PEC Safety
RCI also holds a PEC Safety account. PEC is a risk-management company that provides a contractor management service for reporting and measuring contractor risk, safety and compliance information to owner clients (operators).
