Brant LeBlanc
Founder & Chief Executive Officer / Senior Consulting Manager

Thirty-three (33) years experience working on oil and gas facility construction projects and in the engineering project management consulting field. Served as field engineer, project engineer, project manager and estimator on numerous offshore marine construction projects in the Gulf of Mexico, Southeast Asia and India. Client representative and consultant to various oil and gas companies managing all aspects of the design, fabrication, installation and start-up of offshore platforms, facilities and pipelines. Past employers include Offshore Pipelines International and J. Ray McDermott. BS degree in engineering from Texas A&M University.

Robert Domingue

Vice President – Operations / Senior Consulting Manager

Thirty-one (31) years of experience in project management, interface management and pipeline integrity management for onshore and offshore projects. Early career experience in manufacturing and control system projects that evolved into managing complex greenfield and brownfield projects from concept through commissioning, focusing on safe, cost-conscious project execution within schedule requirements.  Experience with managing multidisciplinary teams on large and small projects across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and operations. Worked with upstream and midstream clients—including BP, Chevron, Williams and Salt Creek Midstream. Enhanced and documented processes that facilitated the successful ISO-9001 accreditation for Maverick Welder & Materials Testing (division of RCI Energy Group). BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Steve Moorhead
Vice President – Operations / Senior Consulting Manager

Thirty (30) years’ experience in the field of business development in the energy industry. Currently leading RCI’s management team in the development of long-term strategic planning and identification of opportunities, to influence business growth and profitability. Additionally, managing company efforts and personnel involved with marketing RCI services and business units to the upstream, midstream, and downstream markets. Responsible for client scouting and recruiting, management of RCI sales representatives, both domestically and internationally, along with establishing financial and administrative procedures for RCI’s business development team. Services covered – Project Management & Inspection, Maverick Welder & Materials Testing, RCI Tank Cleaning Solutions, and RCI I&E Services.

Alistair Hill
Corporate HSEQ Manager

Forty-four (44) years’ experience in all facets of HSE, audits, and compliance, which has spanned many different environments and locations, with both onshore and offshore facilities, as well as with marine vessels, drilling rigs, barges, AHTS, and FSU support craft. From working in multiple countries, Alistair has a sound understanding of the regional petrochemical and oil and gas industries and how proper HSE management can positively impact these areas. Alistair is very versatile – operating in a management position in the office or onsite with boots on the ground evaluating issues in the field and devising safety solutions that can be immediately implemented. As RCI’s Corporate HSE Manager, Alistair is responsible for further developing and implementing additional organizational safety programs, reviewing, and updating corporate and client HSE policies, conducting audits and risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures / action plans, as well as leading company, client, and project specific HSE efforts.

Brent Landry
Manager – Construction Services

Forty-six (46) years of experience in the production, construction, installation of jackets, decks, piping, production modules and all other components related to offshore oil and gas facility projects in the Gulf of Mexico. Currently manages all field staff including construction managers, inspection, HSE and project support staff assigned to offshore work locations. Works closely with RCI project managers and engineers as well as with RCI client management to ensure we are effectively managing our clients’ projects. Duties include project involvement with project managers to ensure all details of the work are properly defined and clarified with the field personnel, coordination of training field personnel, and assembly of final project data.

John Jordan
General Manager MI Solutions – Maverick Welder & Materials Testing.

Twenty years’ (20) experience in the testing services industry managing operations, HSE & Commercial groups. Established new operations centers for several major NDT providers in various locations throughout the US. Managed numerous large projects providing wide ranges of services to the project teams, overseeing manpower staffing levels, contractual & commercial obligations, HSE oversight, and detailed information transfer to the clients MI Program Management system as gathered by the NDT Teams. Lead Manager is starting MI Solutions as part of RCI Energy Group, instrumental in setting up foundation of the MIS Division, creating operational procedures, HSE Program, Accounting System and overall NDT Team build out. Lead in qualifying for and securing the ISO 9001 Certification for the division. Experience in Welder Testing certification center operations, Mechanical Testing Laboratory services and weld procedure development services.
