RCI is dedicated to maintaining the safety of our employees and our clients’ employees and contractors at all of our worksites and we share our clients’ concern for the environment. Therefore, whether in the office, the fabrication yard, or at an installation site, RCI’s experienced and highly trained employees are vigilant in all aspects of HSE awareness and safe work practices. Our employees are acutely aware of the sensitive environmental issues inherent in our industry.

Our training curriculum reflects our commitment to safety. RCI’s extensive Health, Safety and Environmental Plan and associated Safety Manual are issued to all of our employees. Furthermore, all RCI personnel are required to participate in our ongoing, comprehensive, web based safety training program. Employee training and progress is monitored by the management staff and tied to performance evaluations. RCI engineers and inspectors working in marine environments attend hands-on classes such as H2S or water survival training as needed.
