RCI’s team was instrumental in planning and executing a planned shutdown of the facility to facilitate various maintenance operations. Due to the nature of the shutdown reducing downtime and safe execution of the planned activities were critical to our client. RCI provided both project management and inspection of the above activities on location and out of our Morgan City office. Through effective management of this project RCI assisted in minimizing the shutdown to only seven (7) days for Enbridge. Once the facility was shutdown and purged of product RCI managed: Removal & Replacement of several reboilers and heaters Cleaning of the gas exchangers and associated piping Maintenance of, and replacement of, components on the turbo expanders and mole sieve’s Replacement of the NGL pump and multiple motors and actuators on several compressors Project Management Scope of Work Overall project planning & scheduling Field management at location Pre-commissioning and commissioning oversight Inspection Scope of Work Fabrication and construction inspection Material expediting
