Project Details & RCI Activities: The Stingray gas processing plant in Johnson’s Bayou was severely damaged during Hurricane Rita, with storm surge damaging all I&E components and causing severe structural and processing equipment damage to this facility. RCI Project Managers have worked on this project in the following capacities: Detailed onsite survey to ascertain and document all damage Develop a detailed Scope of Work Detailed schedule assembled and regularly updated Review and make recommendations for received proposals Perform cost tracking and invoice approval Perform weekly executive summaries, schedule updates and cost reports RCI Project Field Coordinators have worked on this project in the following capacities: Coordinate contractors and supplies Inspect materials and equipment Inspect installation of equipment
