Design consultation, project management, cost tracking and inspection associated with the fabricaton of a tripod jacket and refurbishment of a 15MMscf/day production deck. Scope included offshore installation of the platform and a one-mile 6" diameter export pipeline to a subsea tie-in.

Project Management Scope of Work

• Design and engineering consultation and management of all contract engineering
• Manage all marine survey and permitting activities
• Manage procurement of used (salvaged) deck
• Manage refurbishment and modification of the deck as required
• Manage bid phase, award and fabrication of a tripod jacket for 220fsw
• Manage offshore installation of jacket, deck, pipeline and facilities hook-up to include bid phase and award
• Interact for the Client with the trunk line operator for the pipeline tie-in
• Complete project documentation

• Inspection and evaluation of used decks prior to purchase
• Inspection of new jacket, pile and boat landing fabrication
• Inspection of deck refurbishment including I & E systems, piping reroutes, vessel refurbishment and new equipment installation
• Inspection of platform installation
• Inspection of 6" pipeline installation, hookup and test
